As per the latest reports, Kavya Madhavan, who got married to Nischal Chandran on Feb 5, 2009, has sought divorce at the family court, Thiruvananthapuram.
It is said that she has requested the advice of a leading lawyer from Kochi, who has however advised her to live separately for one year before filing for divorce.
Kavya says that Nischal and his mother were torturing her mentally, alleging that she had an affair with a top Malayalam actor, which led to the split. Kavya also alleges that Nischal is always suspicious about her.
